The portents, signs, and prophecies all pointed toward the success of his campaign. Even when his most trusted general betrayed him while en route to do battle with the ruling chief of 'O'ahu, his victory was still guaranteed.

He held the favor of the gods and it seemed that all who opposed him fell in his wake. The legacy he would leave behind would make an indelible mark on our history but what of the spiritual mark left by this battle that still replays itself to those who are lucky, or unfortunate, enough to witness it?
